My short term goals...

  • POSTPONED: add 30 minutes of weight training to my 5-day-a-week workout
  • August 8: Sick to the HCG diet for 20 consecutive days.
  • POSTPONED: Comfortably run the first step of the C25k program.

My Big-Picture Goals

  • Get under 200 pounds by October 31.
  • Lose 120 pounds total.
  • Prioritize exercise.
  • Learn to love running.
  • Run a 5k.

Completed Goals

  • By August 1: completely cut out ALL cereal from my diet.
  • By July 9: eat only ONE bowl of HEALTHY cereal with SKIM milk each day.
  • By July 1: 30 min. of cardio 5 days/week.

Why I Want to Lose Weight

  • I want to shop in a regular (non plus-size) store.
  • I want to feel healthy.
  • I want to set a good example for my children.
  • I love my husband.
  • I want to be a healthy, strong, willing vessel for God's Spirit.
